  2. Installment: Buy-Down Notes. Rates may be reduced by buying down from program rates at a dealer cost. The minimum program interest rate charge is 0%.
  3. Rate Add-On: Rate add-ons are not allowed because this program is sponsored.
  4. Installment Fees. There is a $450 processing fee on all new installment notes.
  5. Program Protection: Rate will be honored if the contract is signed within 10 calendar days of the program expiration. Anything that exceeds 10 calendar days will not be protected. 
  6. Program rates are only valid for qualifying Used John Deere Excavators financed on a separate contract. They cannot be combined on the same contract with CF low-rate programs.
  7. Non-program-eligible equipment on the same contract will be blended with the standard rate.
