Murphy Tractor Supports Training Programs

Murphy Tractor has been working with North Central Kansas Technical College, in Beloit, KS, who has been developing programs to train diesel technicians and equipment operators. It is a challenge to find trained technicians and skilled operators in today’s workforce and these programs are very helpful in providing for industry demand.

Murphy Tractor recently sent a John Deere 310J backhoe, John Deere 200DLC and Hitachi 225LC excavator to the heavy equipment training center at the campus for use in the operator training program. It is paramount to Murphy’s success to support the service needs of customers and these programs have been of tremendous value to Murphy Tractor and its customers. NCKTC is providing graduates with outstanding qualifications that are available for recruitment as diesel technicians and equipment operators.
